Le locuste descritte dal Vine`s Amplified Expository Dictionary of New Testament Word descrive le locuste in due modi.. 1) occurs in Matt.3:4 and Mark 1:6 of the animal themselves,as forming part of of the diet of john the Baptist;they are used as food;the arabs stew them with butter,after removing the head,legs and wing.
In Rev.9:3,7,they appear as monster representing Satanic agencies,let loose by divine judgments inflicted upon men for five months,the time of the natural life of the locust.
In Riv.9:3,7 appaiono come mostri che rappresentano agenzie sataniche,lasciate libere dal giudizio divino inflitto sopra gli uomini per cinque mesi,il tempo della vita naturale delle coluste.
